No, we are private developers. This means we bring the whole shebang together: landowner, finance, design, planning and legal expertise, the builder, marketing, negotiation and sale. We always sub-contract the build.

Depending upon the context: a rough rural hut or dwelling; a fun way to say “thing”; something in its entirety; or hashtag and exclamation mark written consecutively in computer code, meaning “execute”.

Absolutely. You might have sufficient capital but not the (huge amounts of seasoned) know-how to realise it. You might have little capital but have inside knowledge or a cunning plan. You might have a large bill to pay, a pension deficit, private school fees or residential nursing care to fund. You might not want to use equity release or a loan, preferring a tax-free lump sum while retaining full ownership of a family home.
Whatever your circumstances, young or old, you don’t have to own it to benefit. We’ll simply judge your idea on its merits.
